The “Werewolf Diet” involves neither werewolves nor nutrition

My news feed is blowing up on this subject, so I want to address it real quick. Yes, I’ve heard about the so-called Werewolf Diet – a liquid diet timed to take advantage of the magnetic properties of the moon – and aside from being a nutritionally preposterous fad, it’s a complete misnomer. If any dietary regime overlaps what a werewolf might actually eat, it’s the Paleo diet. Stick some fresh spinach on a live cow and then eat the whole thing before it has a chance to moo twice.

Bye.
