Been Bit is a great little 8-page comic from Jeff Rider ( also known as Cloudwrangler Comics) about a “a hard man who’d led a hard life and wanted desperately to be good” and inspired, in part, by a song from True Detective. It only took a few minutes to read, but I was hooked by the first page, and now that I’m done all I can think of is what a wonderful Twilight Zone or Outer Limits episode it would make. The script by Rider is well-written and Stan Chou‘s grainy black and white art gives the proceedings an appropriately pulpy vibe. Great werewolf designs, too!
